PV/T solar-assisted heat pump system (PV/T-SAHP) was presented in this paper and model of the PV/T-SAHPSimulation result showed that the electrical efficiency and the thermal performance of PV/T-SAHP is betterthan the traditional heat pump water heater system or the traditional photovoltaic system.It is proposed that the area of PV/T module,the tilt angel of PV/T module and the distance of refrigerantpipes are the three key factors of the PV/T-SAHP system optimization design.
